Get a free written audit

Tell us what is not working and we will look at it properly — your site speed, your search visibility, the path a visitor takes to enquire, and your ad account if you run one. You get a written document with a ranked list of fixes. It is yours to keep, whether or not you ever hire us.

We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time. No sales sequence, no drip campaign.

What happens next

Four steps, no mystery

Nobody chases you, and nothing is booked until you have seen enough to decide. The sequence is the same whether you end up on a care plan at $95 per month or a custom build at $15,000.

01

We reply within one business day

A person who does this work reads what you sent and replies — usually with a question or two, sometimes with a quick observation you can act on immediately.

02

A 30-minute discovery call

We ask where your enquiries come from today, what you have already tried, and what a good quarter looks like. No cost, no obligation. If we are the wrong fit, that is usually clear inside twenty minutes and we will say so.

03

A written audit within five business days

Not a slide deck. A document covering Core Web Vitals, search visibility, the conversion path and ad account health, with fixes ranked by impact and effort — including the ones you can do yourself.

04

A fixed-scope proposal, if it makes sense

Only when the audit points at work worth paying for. Scope, milestones, acceptance criteria and fees, fixed in writing before anything starts. Taking the audit and stopping there is a perfectly normal outcome.

Prefer to talk to a human first?

Say so in your email to [email protected] and we will set up a call at a time that suits you. You will be speaking to someone who has built sites and run ad accounts, not a qualifying script. If you would rather read before you speak, the process page sets out every stage and the FAQ answers most of what comes up on a first call.

One email is all this takes. Include as much of the following as you have to hand and we can usually give you something useful in the first reply.

  • Your website address, if you already have one
  • What you sell and roughly where your customers are
  • Where enquiries come from today and what is not working
  • What you have already tried, so we do not repeat it
  • Any deadline or budget you are working to

We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time. Your email is used only to answer your enquiry — see the privacy policy. Existing client? Use the same address and your named contact picks it up.

What we need to know to help

None of this is required to get in touch — send two lines if that is all you have time for. But the more of the following we have up front, the more specific the audit can be.

  • Where enquiries come from today. Referrals, Google, a directory, an existing ad account — and roughly how many a month.
  • What counts as a good lead. A quote request, a booked call, a phone call that lasts more than a minute. We optimise toward whatever you actually sell.
  • Your current site and platform. The URL, who built it, and whether anyone on your team can edit it.
  • What you have already tried. Including the things that did not work. That is often the most useful information in the call.
  • Access you already have. Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Business Profile. Read-only access sharpens the audit considerably, and everything stays in your name.
  • Any deadline. A season, a rebrand, a contract ending. Timing changes what we recommend.
  • Your rough budget. Not to price against it — our prices are published — but so we can say honestly whether the scope you want fits it.
  • Who decides. If a partner or board signs off, having them on the first call saves a round trip.

Not sure which service you need? The services overview compares all four, and what we measure explains how each one is reported on.

Support and account requests

Existing clients use the same inbox as everyone else — no separate ticket portal, no queue in another time zone. Email [email protected] and your named contact picks it up.

Website Care requests are acknowledged within one business day, and anything affecting availability or security is treated as urgent and picked up immediately during business hours. Updates covered by your plan get a scheduled date when we acknowledge them, so you know when the change goes live.

Billing, scope or change requests on an existing statement of work go to the same address, and your Account and Strategy Lead answers them directly. Who does what is set out on the about page.

What happens to the details you send

We use your email address and whatever you write to us for one purpose: replying to this enquiry and, if you ask us to, preparing your audit. We do not sell or share contact details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you wrote to us. Ask us to delete your information at any point and we will. The full detail is in our privacy policy, and the cookie policy covers what this site sets in your browser.

Contact questions

Yes, and you keep the document either way. We do it because it is the only honest way to quote — we would rather spend a few hours finding out whether we can help than sell you a scope neither of us can defend. It also means that when we say a rebuild is not your best next purchase, you can see the reasoning rather than take our word for it.

Yes. We are based in Dallas, TX and work with businesses across the United States. Discovery calls, reviews and reporting run remotely, which is how most clients prefer it. Local search work is handled per location, so it makes no difference to the programme whether your customers are two miles away or two time zones away.

Say so. Small pieces of work are quoted as fixed-scope jobs, and a Website Care plan from $95 per month covers ongoing small changes, patching, backups and hosting without a project attached. If the fix is a five-minute change we can point you at, we will tell you that instead of writing a proposal for it.

The discovery call is usually within a few days of your first message, and the written audit follows within five business days of that call. Actual delivery start depends on the current schedule and we tell you the real date, not an optimistic one. Google Ads account builds take one to two weeks; a Starter site is typically four to five weeks; hosting migrations are usually three to five business days.

Send it now, read the audit next week

One email, one call, one written document that tells you what is losing you enquiries and what it would take to fix it. If the answer is that your money is better spent somewhere other than with us, the audit will say that too.

  • A written audit of your site, SEO and ad account
  • A prioritised list of fixes, ranked by impact
  • Transparent pricing before any commitment
  • No obligation and no sales pressure
