Service 01

Web Design & Development

Custom websites and landing pages engineered for speed, accessibility and conversion — from a five-page service site to a multi-location or e-commerce build.

A website for a small business has one job: convince somebody who found you thirty seconds ago that you are worth calling. Everything else — the animation, the stock photography, the clever headline — is decoration on top of that job. We design and build around the decision your visitor is actually making.

That means the small screen first, because most local service searches happen on a phone and often on a bad connection. It means a performance budget agreed before the first line of code, so the build cannot quietly grow a second of load time per template. And it means writing the copy in the layout instead of pouring finished text into a design that was never shaped to hold it.

We build in clean semantic HTML with only the JavaScript a page genuinely needs. If you have an existing site with rankings, migration is treated as its own workstream — URL inventory, one-to-one redirect mapping, metadata and structured data carried across, then Search Console monitoring afterwards. A rebuild is the most common way a business loses organic traffic, and it is entirely avoidable.

Who it is for. Service businesses whose site is older than three years, loads slowly on a phone, or was built by someone who has since disappeared.

What's included

  • Discovery, sitemap and page briefs before design starts
  • Custom design, mobile alongside desktop rather than after it
  • Conversion copywriting on the pages that carry commercial weight
  • Semantic build with a performance budget held through QA
  • WCAG 2.2 AA testing: contrast, keyboard, focus, screen-reader structure
  • Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking configured and verified
  • Redirect mapping and post-launch monitoring on any migration
  • 30, 60 or 90 days of post-launch support depending on the package

From $3,500 per project

Two structured revision rounds are included. What moves the price is page count, how much copy we write and integrations — never an hourly meter you cannot see.

Service 02

SEO & Content

Technical SEO, local search, on-page optimisation and editorial content built around real search demand and measurable organic pipeline.

Organic search is the only channel that gets cheaper the longer you run it, and the only one that takes long enough that most owners give up before it pays. We work in that order: fix what is technically broken, build the pages that match real commercial intent, then earn the authority that makes those pages rank.

Technical first, because there is no point publishing into a site Google struggles to crawl or render. Then architecture — the service and location pages that answer specific, high-intent queries, structured so each one has an obvious job rather than three pages competing for the same phrase. Then editorial content and outreach, on a calendar reviewed each quarter against what is actually moving.

Local visibility is its own discipline and we treat it as one: Google Business Profile, category and service accuracy, review flow, and the on-site signals that connect a location to the searches near it. Reporting is against qualified traffic and enquiries, not a screenshot of rankings for terms nobody types.

Who it is for. Businesses that rank for their own name and little else, and want a pipeline that keeps producing after the ad budget stops.

What's included

  • Technical SEO monitoring and fixes, month over month
  • Keyword and search-intent research tied to commercial value
  • On-page optimisation programme across existing and new pages
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile management
  • Editorial content drafted and reviewed in-house by a named specialist
  • Digital PR and link acquisition outreach
  • Monthly reporting with a named strategist and live dashboard access

From $1,500 per month

Three-month minimum, then month to month. We commit to a defined scope of work and transparent reporting — nobody, including us, can guarantee a ranking position.

Service 04

Managed Hosting & Care

Managed cloud hosting with monitoring, daily backups, security patching, SSL and a defined support SLA so your site stays fast and online.

A site is not finished at launch, it is just deployed. Plugins go stale, certificates expire, a form silently stops delivering, and the first anyone notices is a customer mentioning it three weeks later. Care plans exist so that gap never opens.

We run managed cloud hosting with SSL, daily off-site backups with restores that are actually tested, security patching, and malware and uptime monitoring with alerting. You get a monthly allowance of content and copy updates handled by a named contact rather than a ticket queue, and requests are acknowledged within one business day — anything affecting availability or security is picked up immediately during business hours.

We can usually host a site we did not build. That starts with a short technical review of the platform, dependencies, plugin health and security posture, after which we tell you plainly what we can support and what would need remediation first. There is no minimum term: the plan can be cancelled on 30 days notice, which is simply the window we need to move hosting cleanly, and the site is yours to take with you.

Who it is for. Anyone who does not want to think about updates, backups or certificates again — and wants a named person to call when something breaks.

What's included

  • Managed cloud hosting with SSL certificates handled for you
  • Daily off-site backups with periodically tested restores
  • Security patching and malware monitoring
  • Uptime monitoring with alerting against a 99.9% target
  • Monthly content and copy update allowance
  • A named point of contact, with response targets written into the plan

From $95 per month

No minimum term; 30 days notice to cancel. Hosting, domain and DNS stay in accounts you own, so leaving is a permissions change rather than a rebuild.

Sequencing

Website first, then search, then care

Running all four at once is rarely the right call for an SMB budget. Run them in the order where each one makes the next cheaper.

01

Fix the destination

Every other channel sends traffic somewhere. If that somewhere loads in four seconds and buries the phone number, you are paying to fill a leaking bucket. The site is the multiplier on everything downstream, which is why it usually goes first.

02

Buy demand while you earn it

Google Ads goes live in weeks and tells you within a month which services, phrases and offers people actually convert on. That is real market data, and it makes the SEO plan far less speculative than keyword tools alone.

03

Compound the organic asset

SEO takes three to six months to move meaningfully, so it starts while paid is carrying the pipeline. The terms that proved profitable in the ad account become the priority pages, and the cost per enquiry drops as organic takes share.

04

Protect what you built

A care plan keeps the whole thing patched, backed up, monitored and updated. It is the cheapest line on the invoice and the one that stops an outage or a stale plugin undoing two years of work.

Service Best for Typical timeline to impact Starting price
Web Design & Development Credibility, speed and a clear conversion path 4–16 weeks to launch, by scope $3,500 per project
SEO & Content Compounding organic enquiries over time Technical wins in weeks; pipeline change in 3–6 months $1,500 per month
Google Ads & Paid Media Demand capture now, with a measurable cost per lead Traffic from the day campaigns go live $950 per month + ad spend
Managed Hosting & Care Keeping a live site fast, patched and online Immediate, from migration onward $95 per month

Timelines assume content and feedback come back on schedule — that is the single biggest variable in every project we run. The process page sets out what happens in each stage and what we need from you, and the results page explains exactly what we measure and report.

Not sure where to start?

Then don't guess — get the audit first

Most owners arrive convinced they need a rebuild. Sometimes that is right. Often the site is structurally fine and the real problem is that nothing on it is tracked, or that three competitors have simply published more useful pages. Those are very different invoices.

So we start with discovery: analytics, Search Console, the ad account and the current site, plus a conversation with whoever owns sales. You get a written audit listing what is losing you enquiries, ranked by impact against effort. It is free, there is no obligation, and you keep it either way — including the parts that recommend spending your money somewhere other than with us.

If you already know what you want, skip ahead. Pricing lists every package and what is in it, the FAQ answers the questions that come up on most first calls, and about covers who does the work and to what standards.

Questions about scope, cost and commitment

Our sites start at $3,500 for a Starter build of up to six pages, $7,500 for a Growth build with a CMS and blog, and $15,000 for e-commerce or custom functionality. The final figure depends on page count, how much copy we write, and integrations. You get a fixed-scope written quote before any work starts, and the published ranges on our pricing page are the same ones we quote from.

A Starter site typically takes four to five weeks, a Growth site six to eight, and custom or e-commerce work eight to sixteen. The largest variable is how quickly content and feedback come back from your side, so we schedule review windows into the plan and tell you immediately if a date is at risk.

Project work is governed by a fixed-scope statement of work with defined milestones. SEO carries a three-month minimum because meaningful results are not achievable faster than that, and then runs month to month. Google Ads management and Website Care plans have no lock-in and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Often, yes. If the platform is sound and the site is reasonably fast, a conversion and technical SEO programme on the existing build is usually the better investment. Our audit tells you honestly which of the two makes more commercial sense, and we have talked clients out of rebuilds more than once.

Your accounts and your data, yes — without exception. Domains, hosting, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Business Profile are all created in or transferred to accounts you own, with you as the primary administrator, and if you leave you keep them along with the full history. Ownership of the creative deliverables themselves (layouts, code, copy) is set out explicitly in your statement of work; we assign what the contract says we assign and we do not hold files back to keep you.

Which service do you actually need?

Tell us what is not working and we will audit your site, search visibility and ad account, then tell you which of the four would move the number fastest — and which you can safely leave until next year.

  • A written audit of your site, SEO and ad account
  • A prioritised list of fixes, ranked by impact
  • Transparent pricing before any commitment
  • No obligation and no sales pressure
